No, smoking is not permitted. Maple Wood Cottages is a smoke-free community.

Renters Insurance protects your personal belongings from loss, damage, or other covered events. While Maple Wood Cottages carries insurance for the building, it does not cover your personal items. Renters Insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it to help safeguard your possessions.
